What is the Canby Arts Association? 

Through the Looking Glass Arts Festival is organized by the Canby Arts Association, a 501C3 nonprofit. Our goal is to provide authors and artists with a platform to share their talent and gifts to enrich the lives of the community.  
 

What is the festival about?  

The event celebrates visual, literary, musical, and culinary art. This will be a unique opportunity for artists and authors to share their work with our community. 

Enjoy live music and culinary treats while meeting with some of your favorite local artists and authors. Shop unique art and literature for all ages.

This is a family friendly event.
 

Who can display at the event? 

We invite all local Authors and Artists that are interested to fill out an online application!  
 

How are Artists and Authors Chosen?

Artists and Authors will be chosen by jury process by the board of the Canby Arts Association.

Can I sell my art at the festival?

Yes, we encourage you to sell your work at the festival.

Can I share a booth with another artist?  

For more comfortable flow each showcasing artist/author will have their own booth.  You may request to have a booth next to another artist or author.  These requests must be made in your registration.

What is the cost to have a booth at the festival? 

A $25 non refundable application fee is required to apply.  If selected for the festival, there is also a booth fee, price TBD. 

Does my $25 application fee go towards the booth fee if I'm accepted?

No

Why does it cost money to show at the festival?

The festival is organized by the Canby Arts Association, a 501c3 non profit organization.  An event of this size is costly and while we do our best to secure sponsorship and grants there is still a minimal fee required to help cover costs.  We do our best to keep these costs as low as possible for our artists and authors.

Do I have to supply my own tent and tables?  

Artists and Authors are responsible for their own 10x10 tents and displays.

Can I become a member of the Art Association?
